He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Lee and Delcie Annice Jett Collins; his close friend Sharon Collins; and his siblings, Gary Collins, Rodger Collins, Ronnie Collins, Larry Jett (Sandy Jett) and Lucy Collins.
He is survived by: his siblings, Kennith Collins, Carroll Collins and Reba Collins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
