He is survived by: his daughter Amber Leah Whittaker of Lakin, Ohio; his siblings, Robert Simms of Blacksville, Samuel Simms of Daybrook, Carol Gasco of Daybrook, Debra Eddy of Blacksville, Elizabeth Davis of Wana and Susan Smith of San Antonio, TX; and his grandchildren, James and Lakisha.
