He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert, Hazel Payne and Mazie Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Brenda Mendeck of Cleveland, OH and Curtis L. Blakley Sr.; his stepmother Lucy of Smyrna, Delaware; and his siblings, Danny Joe of Delaware, Charles David Schnares of Delaware, Cassandra of Ohio and Rita Blakley of Pennsylvania.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Yukon #2 Pentecostal Church. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
