With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kathryn Lynn Osborne of War, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 31, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Caretta Lou Bonds Smith. She is survived by: her father Earnest Clay Smith; her significant other Harvey Wayne Osborne of War, WV; her daughters, Melissa Vance (William) of Charlestown, WV, Maria Osborne Eagle (Shaun) of Beckley, WV and Samiyah Raelyn Smith Osborne of War, WV; her siblings, Brenda Kay Wardandher (Richard) of Asheboro, NC, Randall Lee Smith (Brenda) of Coalwood, WV and Earnest "Ernie" Smith; and her grandchildren, Nevaeh Rowe, Elijah S. Osborne Rowe and Emmanuel S. Rowe.
