He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Knowles, Roger Knowles, Keith Knowles Jr. and Susan Knowles; his daughter-in-law Heather Knowles; and his cousins, Paul Haase, Francis Knowles and Heather Butler. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
