He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, David Oxford (Robyn) and Paula Sparks (Willie); his grandchildren, Courtney Schilling (Garrett), Hunter Sparks (Alex), Kaitlyn Sheets (Spencer) and Laken Grygiel (Joey); and his great grandchildren, Alayna, Teagan, Penelope, Rori and Leo.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations to Tunnel for Towers, St. Jude, or Emmanuel Baptist Church in War, WV, be made.
