It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Scott M. Fitzsimmons of Warwood, West Virginia, who passed away on September 21, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Fitzsimmons and Patricia Hoy Fitzsimmons. He is survived by: his siblings, Lynn McMahon (Jim), Karen Britt, Bob Fitzsimmons (Sunni) and Kelly John Fitzsimmons (Karen); and his pets, Buck and Clover.
A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Corpus Christi Catholic Church (1508 Warwood Ave, Wheeling, WV 26003).
