He was predeceased by: his sister Lelia Cowger. He is survived by: his siblings, Larry Steinbicker of Florida, Connie Weaver of Tennessee, Joni Johnson (Fred) of Washington, WV, Tammy Murphy of Washington, WV and Misty Hewitt (Aaron) of Walker, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
