She was predeceased by: her parents, James Carl and Ima Anthony McKibben (Lucille); her husband John Thomas Stuart, II; and her siblings, Steven R. McKibben and Brenda L. Hull.
She is survived by: her sons, John T. Stuart, III (Teresa) of Marietta and Jeffrey Alan Stuart; her grandson John T. Stuart, IV; and her brother Carl Wayne McKibben. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Home - Parkersburg (403 7th St, Parkersburg, WV 26101). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
