He is survived by: his daughter Tammie Marks (Scott) of Washington, WV; his siblings, Jim Allen of Parkersburg, Gary Allen (Diane) of Parkersburg, Joe Allen (Pam) of Vienna and Becky Henke (Ralph) of Vienna; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Tallman (Brandon) and Sean Marks.
