He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Angela Lowther (Kenneth) of Hertford and Stephen Kirkpatrick (Teresa) of Washington; his grandchildren, Dereck Kirkpatrick (Katrina) of Washington, Kelsey Caplinger (Nathan) of Washington, Abigail Kirkpatrick of Washington, Noah, Hannah and Ben Lowther of Hertford; his great grandchildren, Barrett, Cooper Kirkpatrick, Maddalyn and Olivia Caplinger; his brother Paul Kirkpatrick (Sue) of Hickory, NC; and his sister-in-law Linda Cochran (Rick) of Sebring, Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
