He is survived by: his wife Beverly Matheny of Washington; his children, Catherine Matheny of Clarksville, TN, Tammy Crouch (Mark) of Washington, WV and Steve Matheny (Lauren) of Columbus, Ohio; his stepchildren, Angie Hamrick (Will) of Waterford, Ohio and Christy Hawkins of Vienna; his grandsons, Jack Matheny of Columbus, Luke Matheny of Columbus, Samuel Matheny of Columbus and William Matheny of Columbus; his stepgrandchildren, Chance Hamrick of Waterford and Elaina Hamrick of Waterford; his stepgreat-grandson Julius Miller of Belpre; his brothers, Milo Matheny (Nancy) of Starke, Florida and Gerald (Nancy); and his former wife Dottie Matheny of Columbus, Ohio.
