Inell Armstrong Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Inell Armstrong of Washington, West Virginia, who passed away on June 7, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Inez Leach (Shields) and Gilbert Leach. She is survived by: her husband James Armstrong; her son Ryan Armstrong (Judy) of Carmichaels, PA; her sister Sharon Memel of Parkersburg, WV; and her grandchildren, Paige and Peyton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Amedisys Hospice, the Armstrong family is so appreciative of all their love and care they gave to Inell during her final days.
