He was predeceased by: his parents, Haskell Hazen Cunningham and Eunice Rose Cunningham (Gore); his brothers, Eugene and Forrest Cunningham; and his grandson Robert T. Cunningham.
He is survived by: his wife Dana Reese Cunningham of Washington; his children, Dan Cunningham of Morgantown, Abbie Burch (Mel) of Tornado, Mark Cunningham (Sharon) of Coolville and Roger Cunningham (Corinthia) of Ashland; and his sister Carolin Langerud of St. Louis. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
