He is survived by: his daughters, Christy Rice (Sean) of Washington, WV, Julie Franklin (Eric) of Columbus, OH and Patricia McDowell (Adam) of Washington, WV; his grandchildren, Ryan, Joey, Levi Rice, Olivia, Devin Franklin and Everett McDowell; his great grandchildren, Sophia and Fiona Leonard; and his brothers, James and Dwayne Sinnett.
