He is survived by: his wife Geneva Fordyce Stephens; his daughter Beth Cline (Randy) of Washington, WV; his sister Carolyn Stephens (Larry Carr) of Washington, WV; his niece Terri Stephens Richards (Steven) of Washington, WV; and his sister-in-law Kathryn Stephens.
