She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Winans and Freda Tygart Winans; her husband Sam Bailey; and her brothers, Marvin Winans and Charles "Butch" Winans.
She is survived by: her daughter Maria Francisco (Sean); her siblings, Ira Winans (Ann) and Patsy Winans; and her great grandchildren, Zoey Sacconi, Keegan Sacconi, Julia Sacconi, Landon Franciso, Abbi Francisco and Holly Mason.
