He is survived by: his children, Larry Smith (Joyce) of Washington, WV and Patty Fluharty of Morehead City, NC; his sister-in-law Cheryl Smith of Parkersburg, WV; and his sister Fay Moore. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
