He is survived by: his wife Tammy Kerns; his daughters, Sara Kerns, Megan Kerns and Katie Kerns (John Wodzinski); his grandchildren, Oliva Lambey, Tyson Wagoner, Kinsley Wagoner, Clayton Whited and Adelyn Kerns; and his sisters, Terry Middleton and Debbie Whitacre (Dale).
