She is survived by: her sons, John Patrick Sleeth of Washington and Justin Denver Sleeth; her half-siblings, Alfred Fields, Jr. of Arizona, Janet Lee of Akron, Jeanne Fields of Oklahoma and Sharon Fromyer of Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Corbin Denver Sleeth of Rockledge, Florida and Vivian Dawn Sleeth of Rockledge, Florida. She is also survived by several cousins; and three nieces.
