She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry T. Clark and Ruby E. Clark (Gates); her husband Okey D. Welling; and her siblings, Harry, Alva, Garold, Nelson, Walter Clark and Ruth Armstrong.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Lee (Steve) of Marietta and Rhonda Poole of Columbus, OH; her granddaughters, Alicia Fogle and Serena Lee; her great grandchildren, Aiden Fogle and Hope Bramwell; and her sisters-in-law, Sally Clark and Carol Poole Bravo.
