He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Collins of Waverly, WV; his granddaughters, Katrina Countryman (Josh) and Krystal Spencer (Chris); his great grandchildren, RaeAnn Countryman, ArrowLee Countryman, Remi Spencer, Oakley Spencer and River Spencer; and his sister Phyllis Warner.
