She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Maynard and Flora Endicott Maynard; her husband Jerome Clark; and her siblings, Doralene Clark, Ken, E. J. and Leo Maynard.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Sanders (Carl) of Lavalette, WV; her siblings, Cleo Maynard of East Lynn, WV, Carol Mills of Wayne, WV, Sharon Belcher of Barboursville, WV, Ronald Maynard of Huntington, WV, J. W. Maynard (Louise) of North Ridgeville, OH and Wilford Maynard (Linda) of Wayne, WV; her grandson Jeremy Sanders (Melissa) of Wayne, WV; and her great grandchildren, Corey Morgan (Audrey) of Aurora, CO, Kaylea Morgan and Nick Pulcrano of Greenville, SC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
