He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Adkins and Manda Lou Dean Adkins; his wife Pauline Bradshaw Adkins; his grandson David Alan Adkins; and his brothers, William E. Adkins and Dean A. Adkins.
He is survived by: his son Robert Keith Adkins (Chrystal) of Wayne; his grandson Robert Wolfgang Adkins of Wayne; his great grandchildren, Camaron Adkins and Keaton Adkins; and his siblings, Ruby Dyer (Kenny) of Lavalette, WV, Doug Adkins (Peggy) of Wayne, Neil Adkins (Eva) of Wayne and Toney Adkins (Drema) of Wayne. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
