He was predeceased by: his father Boyd Justice; his wife Connie Santmire Justice; and his stepsons, Skip Kirk and Bobby Kirk. He is survived by: his mother Christine Mullins Justice; his daughter Theresa Obrien (Dan) of Lake Erie; his siblings, Kathleen Adkins (David), Tina Maynard and Joe Justice of Wayne, WV; his grandchildren, Alleena Obrien, Shayna Obrien, Silas Obrien, Chance Kirk and Wyatt Kirk; and his close friend Randy Preece.
