He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Mills and Gloria Jean Shreves Mills; and his brothers, Steve, Timothy and Stanley Mills.
He is survived by: his daughter Nikki Swiger of Salyersville, KY; his brother Michael Anthony Mills of Wayne, WV; and his nieces and nephews, Jaleesa Mills of Wheeling, WV, Crystal Hillman of Inez, KY, Tiffany Mills of Circleville, OH, Terry Mills of Inez, KY, Jordan Mills of Circleville, OH, Timothy Mills of Circleville, OH and Buck Winegardner of New York.
