She is survived by: her parents, Patricia Ann Lucas Stoflinsky of Wayne and David Adkins (Sue) of Wayne; her husband Jack Grubb of Lavalette, WV; her sons, Steven Perry, Jr. (Anna Blankenship) of Huntington, WV and Nicholas Perry (Kiara) of Wayne, WV; her siblings, Rachel Lynn Estep (Jim Osburn) of East Lynn, WV, Fanny Jane Coco (Troy) of North Dakota, James Allen Adkins (Melissa Reca) of Lavalette, WV, John Travis Adkins (Danielle Nicely) of Wayne, WV and Paul David Adkins (Valerie Stephens) of Wayne, WV; her stepsister Tammy Davis (Danny) of Wayne, WV; and her granddaughters, Tinley Perry, Adlee Perry, Charlee Perry, Presley Perry and Payton Perry.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Morris Funeral Home Chapel (79 Bridge St, Wayne, WV 25570). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at the Elmwood Cemetery.
