He is survived by: his wife Gladys Francis; his children, Misty Dawn Francis (Russ Leger) of Kenova, WV and David Francis (Melissa) of Point Pleasant, WV; his stepchildren, Scott Swimm (Lola), Chris Swimm (Shery), Jennifer Osborne (Jeremy) and Brandon Swimm; his brothers, Tom Francis (Stella) of Huntington, WV, Larry Francis of Muncy, IN, John Francis of Dallas, TX and Fred Francis (Brenda) of Wayne; and his siblings-in-law, Virginia Francis of Dallas, TX and Bob Hesson of Lavalette, WV. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
