We are sad to announce that on March 12, 2024, at the age of 89, Dessel Marie Rowe of Wayne, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Asa Oliver and Mattie Bing Canady; her husbands, Glen J. Watts and Dewey Rowe; and her siblings, Mildred McLaughlin, Henry Leo Canady and Roy Elmer Canady.

She is survived by : her children, Rhonda Watts Holland, David Wayne Watts (Juanita) and Carletta Jane Woodrum (Woody); her grandchildren, Aletha Gail Sanders (Mick), Jacob Patrick Napier (Marissa Bryant), Zachary Scott Clark and Benjamin Douglas Clark (Nate Perry); her great grandchildren, Amber Grace Adkins (Seth), Trista Marie Hammons (Andrew Miller), Grace, Kennedy and Riley Sanders; her sister Ethel Webb; her stepdaughter Pam Black; her stepgrandchildren, Ivy, Katie and Eric; and her stepson Carl Rowe (Lisa). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
