She was predeceased by: her parents, Percivial Booth and Sarah Houchins Booth; and her husband Earl Douglas Clark. She is survived by: her son Jeffrey D. Clark of Wayne; her granddaughters, Christina Bowen and Nicole Hale; and her great grandchildren, Emmerald Clark, Sadie Hale, Lilith Bowen and Damian Clark. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
