He is survived by : his siblings, Joyce France (Adam Lawhorn) of Catlettsburg, KY, James Nelson of Wayne and Jerry Nelson of Wayne; and his nephews, Charles France (Hattie) of Barboursville, WV and Kenneth Followay of Wayne.
