He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Clay and Norma Lee Thompson Clay; and his brother Hubert Leo Clay. He is survived by: his wife Terene Ann Stroud Clay; his sons, Tony Clay (Cala), Andy Pinson and Chad Pinson (Alyssa); his grandchildren, Linzie, Graysen and Preslie Pinson; his siblings, Linda Tomblin (Robert) and Norman "Joe" Clay (Brenda); and his parents-in-law, Alvie Gillam (Donna) and Barbara Lycans (Cabell). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
