She is survived by: her husband Arthur Fields, Jr.; her son Gordon Fields (Amy); her grandson Dylan Fields of Wayne, WV; her sister Hazel Fields (Alvin); her niece Annette Skeens; her nephew Randall Fields (Diane) of Wayne, WV; her great-nieces, Shelby Kitts (Dustin), Ashley Bauman (Kody) and Amelia Bauman of Huntington, WV; her niece-in-law Katrina Reeves of Wayne, WV; Everleigh of Genoa, WV and Cohen Kitts of Genoa, WV.
