She was predeceased by: her father Herbert; her husband Jerry Ronald Wellman; her daughter Vicky Ellen Adkins; and her sister Charlene Gail Cremeans. She is survived by: her sisters, Rose Langlois of Toledo, OH and Sharon Wilson (Dave) of Hernando Beach, FL; and her close friends, Dwayne of Wayne, WV, Clara Wallace of Wayne, WV and Toni Shepherd of Wayne, WV. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
