He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Taylor and Frances Cottle Taylor Esque; and his siblings, David Taylor, Mike Taylor, Harriet Taylor Kiger and Susan Lynn Esque.
He is survived by: his wife Arbutus Wallace Taylor; his children, Melanie Taylor Rockwell Pennington (Tim Pennington) of Kenova, WV and Basil Joe Taylor of Wayne, WV.; his grandchildren, Hunter Dean Rockwell, Taylor Rockwell Miles (Caleb) of Boyd County, KY, Ashton Blake Taylor and Kingston Oliver Taylor of Huntington, WV; his great grandchildren, Parker Lee Rockwell and Virginia "Ginny" Dawn Miles; and his brother Robert Esque (Sandy) of Rock Hill, SC. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and loving friends.
