She is survived by: her children, Kelsea Preston (Zach) of West Virginia and Calep Pack (Reagan) of Wayne, WV; her brother Erik Pack (Erin) of Lavalette, WV; her grandchild Zoey; and her nephews, Simeon and Micah Pack. She is also survived by family members and friends.
