C. and Kenneth Blevins, II (Amber) of Wayne; his grandchildren, Daniel Spreacker (Kelsey) of Kiahsville, W. Va, Avah Blevins of Wayne, Jenah Blevins of Zebulon and Maxton Damron of Zebulon; his children, Draven Damron of Kenova and W. Va; and his siblings, Sandra Mills (Carl Lee) of Wayne and Buster Blevins (Patti) of South Point.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Johnson Tiller Funeral Home (10030 WV-152, Wayne, WV 25570). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
