He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Mills and Mary Mabel Moses Mills; and his siblings, Lessie Smith (Jim) and Donald Mills. He is survived by: his wife Loreda Mills; his daughter T. Scarlet Mong; his granddaughter Morgan Conley (Jon); his great grandchild Kenneth Conley; and his sister-in-law Ann Mills. He is also survived by friends, family, nieces and nephews.
