Larry Charles touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by : his parents, James Osburn and Thelma Fiber Osburn; and his brother James Osburn, II. He is survived by : his son Jeremy St. Clair (Shannon) of Ona, WV; his sisters, Carolyn Leek of Wayne, WV, Toni Smith (Alfred Moore) of East Lynn, WV and Rayetta Osburn of East Lynn, WV; his granddaughters, Jerann St. Clair of Ona, WV and Mia St. Clair of Ona, WV; his nieces and nephews, Billy Smith, James Larry Staley, Nicole Rice (Garry Barnett), Stephanie Chaney, Angie Chaney, Jennifer Chaney, Brian Chaney, Linda Dulaney, Rodger Dulaney (April) and Leanda Dulaney (John); and his cousin Darren Ferguson.

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Morris Funeral Home Chapel (79 Bridge St, Wayne, WV 25570).
