He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Tabor and Ethel Adkins Tabor; his great grandchild Brantleigh Wade Dean; and his brother Gregory Tabor. He is survived by: his wife Crystal Dawn Belvin Tabor of Wayne; his daughters, Anna Patrick of Louisa, KY and Claresa Sorsby (Laban Horn) of Beauty, KY; his sister Connie Elkins of Wayne, WV; his cousins, Teresa Marcum of Owensboro, KY and Adam Adkins of Wayne; his aunt Sharon "Shirl" Aliff of Wayne; his grandsons, Michael Patrick (Paige), Lloyd Austin Dean (Brianna) and Andrew Sorsby; and his great grandchildren, Oakley, Harper, Remi, Taytumn, Colton and Weston.
