She was predeceased by: her parents, Lura Runyon and Wayne Runyon; her husband James Carlos Isaacs; and her siblings, Leola Finley, Sylvia Huybert and Wayne "Bud" Runyon.
She is survived by: her children, David Isaacs of Huntington, W. Va and Teresa Thomas (Keith) of Rochester Hills, Mich.; her grandchildren, James Thomas of Rochester Hills, Lura Thomas of Macomb, Keith Thomas, Jr. of Rochester Hills and Brittany Hosler (Brandon) of Onstead, Mich.; her great grandchildren, Destiny Merker, Melanie Salinas, Mackenzie Thomas, Hunter Thomas and Braxton Hosler; her sisters, Carol Adkins of Kiahsville, W. Va and Genoa Keithley (Harold) of Zephyrhills, Fla.; and her stepsister Tami Jo Vance (W. Va) of Chapmanville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Johnson Tiller Funeral Home (10030 WV-152, Wayne, WV 25570). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
