Va, Donna Jean Gadley (David) of Kentucky, Patricia Ann Napier of Kentucky and Jessica Dawn Chafin (Richie) of Kiahsville; his brother-in-law James Robertson of Kiahsville; and his close friends, Christopher Stephens and A. J. Elkins.
