He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Ramey Sr. and Charity Kimbler Ramey; his daughter Karen Ramey; his grandson Mark Ramey; and his great grandchild Stephanie McCann.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Aldridge Ramey; his children, Debra Lynn Price (John) of Elk View, WV, Charity Arlene Ross, Verdella Dawn Ramey of Wayne, WV and Perry Ramey, III (Mary) of Huntington, WV; and his sister Patricia Finley (James Danny Ramey) of Lavalette, WV. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 2nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Morris Funeral Home (79 Bridge St, Wayne, WV 25570). A funeral service was held on Sunday, May 3rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Morris Funeral Home Chapel (79 Bridge St, Wayne, WV 25570).
