He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Adkins and Geneva Flora Crockett Adkins; and his sister Linda Bryan. He is survived by: his siblings, Rosemary Bradshaw (Robert) of Wayne and Donnie Bryan (Susan) of Wayne; his nephews, Jason Lee Bryan (Sara) of Wayne and Scotty Eaves of Wayne; and his close friends, Adam Kazee and Sam Sloan.
