He is survived by: his mother Catherine Alexander Marshall of Wayne, WV; his wife Rosa Brown Marshall; his children, Chelsea Hale (Brandon), Heather Marshall, Natalie Marshall and Logan Hale; his grandchildren, Nevaeh, Brandon and Gavin; his brother Doug Marshall, Jr. (Missy); his mother-in-law Rosa Whitt; his sisters-in-law, April, Seva and Misty; and his nieces and nephews, Kara, Ashley, Joshua, Kaylee, Luke, Sutton, Bradon, Dezeray, Bradley, Makayla, Cody and Stevie.
