He was predeceased by: his parents, Pamela Sue and Samuel Adkins, Sr.; and his sister Rachael Davis. He is survived by: his wife Pamela K. Jenkins Adkins; his daughters, Tiffany Adkins (Crystal) of Huntington, W. Va and Elisha Adkins of Huntington; his grandchildren, Myah Daniels of Wayne, Michael Daniels of Wayne, Joey Daniels of Wayne, Macy Daniels of Wayne and Bohdi Adkins of Huntington; and his siblings, Daniel Adkins (Felicia) of Wayne and Lena Adkins of Wayne.
