She was predeceased by: her parents, James Everett Dixon and Glenna Mae Hetzer Short; and her siblings, Jim Dixon and Gerthe Skiver. She is survived by: her husband Dewey J. Turley Jr.; her daughters, Terri Turley and Tammi; her son-in-law Stan Smith; her grandchildren, Travis, Selena Smith, Tracy, Eric Lewis, Daren Smith and Jody Smith; her great grandchildren, Tucker and Sydney Lewis; her brothers, Paul (Connie Hetzer) and Danny (Paul Dixon); and her nephews, Tim Dixon and Brian Hetzer.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Jackson Ave Church of God (1301 Jackson Ave, Huntington, WV 25704). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ridgelawn Memorial Park (5547 W Pea Ridge Rd, Huntington, WV 25705).
