She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Adkins and Lois Jean "Toots" Adkins; her husband Dallas Ray Pelfrey; her brother Leon Adkins; and her niece Karri Adkins.
She is survived by: her children, Sam Runyon (Lauren) of Huntington, Shara Bullard (Devin) of Wayne, Jessi Pelfrey of Glen Fork, W. Va and Erin Palmer (Brad) of Princeton; her grandchildren, Alexis, Addyson, Emma "Graham", Forrest, Cheyenne, Halie, Taylor, Madison, Jinna, Lilly and Sadie; her brothers, Tim Adkins of Wayne, Paul Adkins of Wayne and Leeroy Adkins of Wayne; and her close friends, Mary Ferguson of Wayne and Ray "Smalls" Simpson of Wayne.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Johnson Tiller Funeral Home (10030 WV-152, Wayne, WV 25570). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
