With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wetzel Glenn Adkins (Wayne, West Virginia), who passed away on May 15, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Persie Adkins and Ida Adkins (Perry); and his siblings, Kenneth Adkins, Clifford Adkins and Edith Adkins.
He is survived by: his sisters, Laura Hager and Lessie Chapman (Keith) of Huntington, WV; his grandchildren, Sarah Frye (Kane) of Salt Rock, WV, Abigial Croxton, Forrest Croxton, Molly Croxton, Ivana and Beni Nickoloff of North Ridgeville, OH; his great grandchildren, Zane and Zaiden Frye of Salt Rock, WV; and also Archie Adkins of Palestine, WV.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Morris Funeral Home (79 Bridge St, Wayne, WV 25570). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
