He was predeceased by: his parents, Golden James and Jewelle Agnes Tracy McCourt; and his siblings, Andy, Mike, David McCourt and Alma Cowger.
He is survived by: his wife Mary "Kay" Cogar McCourt; his daughter Eva Green (Mark) of Webster Springs; and his brothers, Argel McCourt (Cheryl) of Ohio, Joe McCourt (Shella) of Webster Springs and Daniel McCourt of Buckhannon. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews; and many extended family and friends.
